What is the Harmony Foundation Facial?
This is our Signature Facial Treatments. It is a 75-minute
buildable facial experience. We incorporate essential oils and plant
extracts to properly clean and treat your skin. We thoroughly
remove impurities, treat redness, or uneven pigmentation. We
finish with a relaxing massage, hand treatment and a
customized finishing mask. This treatment is appropriate for all
skin types, and is the first step towards our clinical Facial
Treatments. We also have a mini version of the Harmony
Foundation for the time pressured, the Harmony Express is the 30
minute version.
What is the Harmony Signature Massage?
This is our signature therapeutic massage. This massage is 90
minutes long and includes light passive stretching, a paraffin
foot treatment and a relaxing Swedish style massage.
How do I know which treatment is best
for me?
Harmony offers several different options for facial or body
care. We recommend starting with the Harmony Signature Facial or
Massage.
What should I expect during my first
treatment?
When you arrive you will start by filling out an intake form.
Please list all allergies, medications or medical conditions
that could affect the outcome of your facial. You will then be
escorted to the treatment room and given a facial gown or robe.
You are free to keep your bottoms on, please remove your top and
wear the facial gown for all facial treatments. It is similar to
a towel wrapped under your arms. We will step outside and review
your intake form as you are changing. Once you are dressed, we
will come back into the room and begin the treatment. You will
be bundled in sheets and towels and you will always be covered.
The room will be dimly lit and soft music will be playing for
all treatments. If you are receiving a clinical treatment the
room may be bright. Once the treatment is complete, we will
leave the room and you can start to wakeup and change. The goal
is for you to relax and treat your skin.
Do I need to undress completely for a massage?
Undress to your comfort level. If you prefer to leave your
underwear on, that's OK! You will always be draped and you
won't ever be exposed. All of our massage therapist are
licensed massage therapists.
