Ⓠ: What is your favorite massage service to perform and why?
Ⓐ It would be a 90-minute Fusion because it is generally enough time for me to work on a concentrated area and still give time to other parts as well. It also allows me to introduce heat therapy, stretches, and deep work.

Ⓠ: What is your favorite service you like to get yourself at Harmony Day Spa?
Ⓐ: My favorite service is a 2-hour Fusion due to the strain I tend to put on my body. I feel that it is best to work on all my focal points.

Ⓠ: What’s your favorite activity other than work?
ⒶMy favorite activities other than work are gym workouts and mountain biking, hiking, and playing pool.

Ⓠ: What is your favorite local eatery to grab lunch at, and what food?
Ⓐ: My favorite eatery would be Zest in Fairfield. I enjoy their 973 Burger.

Ⓠ: What is your favorite part about working at Harmony Day Spa?
Ⓐ: Though there are many reasons why I love working at Harmony Day Spa, my favorite has my own voice.


Ⓠ: What is your favorite massage service to perform and why?

Ⓐ: I love all the services, but lately, I have been really enjoying giving prenatal massages. Being able to provide relaxation to women at this particular time in their lives is very special.

Ⓠ: What is your favorite service you like to get yourself at Harmony Day Spa?

Ⓐ: I love getting a 90 min Deep Tissue massage, it helps my whole body relax and destress. My muscles feel rejuvenated for days after.

Ⓠ: What’s your favorite activity other than work?

Ⓐ: When I am not at work you can definitely find me playing guitar or doing yoga!

Ⓠ: What is your favorite eatery in Caldwell, and what food?

Ⓐ: My favorite eatery in Caldwell is Caldwell Bagels, I usually get an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese!

Ⓠ: What is your favorite part about working at Harmony Day Spa?

Ⓐ: The energy at Harmony Day Spa is wonderful. It is really all about the client. We all care deeply about each individual person we see. It is very Zen, the perfect place to come and let your worries go for a while.
