What to Expect Overall:

  • Appointment Only Visits & Updated Check-in Procedure

  • Increased Sanitation between each client with UVC hospital-grade cleaning lights and Hospital grade disinfectants. 30-minute cleaning blocks between each appointment. The bathroom cleaned hourly.

  • Health & Temperature Checks

  • Staggered Appointment Times

  • Contactless Retail. Just ask us for products please do not touch.

  • A temporary $5 charge per visit as a “COVID charge” to cover the costs of these new measures and limited occupancy.

What You Need to Know Before Coming In:

  • Pre-Visit Health Check via phone and or form 24 hours before the visit. This will be confidential as is all your health information with us.

  • A second Health Check and Informed Consent via form upon arrival

  • (1) Call our main number 973-226-3232 or (2) Text Us upon arrival at (973) 797-9663 and wait in your car or our outer hall. Guests are not allowed in reception areas per State Guidelines. We will let you know when we are ready to greet you in a matter of minutes.

  • Temperature Check. Must be below 100.4 and a healthy dose of hand sanitizer before we begin.

  • Contactless Check-In, no touching. We want to hug you all hello. But a wave or a Star Trek Vulcan Greeting will have to suffice.

  • You must wear a mask. This is non-negotiable. We will refuse service to guests that will not comply. You will be able to remove your mask when you are face down in your massage service and in a skincare treatment when appropriate. Mask must go back on when told.

What to Expect In Treatment:

  • Your Service Provider will escort you directly to your treatment room.

  • Enhanced PPE. Face Mask, Plexi Splash Shield, and Gloves on Skin Care Therapists. Face Mask and gloves when appropriate on LMT’s.

  • Your personal items will go on top of a chair with a fresh sheet.

  • Sterilized Surfaces & Equipment and of course linens between each appointment

  • Silence is golden when possible. We want you to thoroughly relax and not spread any respiratory spores as unlikely or likely, we just don’t know.

  • We have removed heavy blankets in lieu of lightweight coverings. Let us know if you are chilly.

  • State of the art HEPA air cleaners in every treatment room and our reception area. We are pretty proud of this.

  • Products You Want to Purchase-just let us know. We will take care of it on our end, please do not touch for now.

  • No Steam in facial treatments

  • No or very limited facial massage treatment dependent.

  • Extended Shoulder, Neck and Scalp Massage to help you relax from these crazy times

  • We can thoroughly clean and treat your skin sans mask per new EO157.  Rest assured.

How to Close Your Visit:

  • Contactless & Cashless Checkout when possible. When we call you to confirm your appointment and do the first health check, we will confirm CC on file. You may leave a gratuity on the ticket as well. If you prefer to leave cash, just let us know as we will simply wear gloves. Easy, peasy.

  • Let us know if you would like to reschedule the next visit or you may do so yourself online or simply give us a call.

We are taking every step we can to put the health and safety of our team, their families, and our guest first. While there are many unknowns what the months hold ahead, we do know that we will continue to do two things: (1) listen, learn, and evolve (2) Be transparent and communicate openly.

We look forward to finally opening the proper and safe way and doing things the HDS way. By not compromising on our treatment standards.
